The Hungerford Sports Association holds its annual horse & motorbike gymkhana on the October long weekend of each year. The day is a fun filled, orientated event for people of all ages.

It kicks off Friday Night at the Royal Mail Hotel with camp oven meal and entertainment by a live band. Saturday is jam packed full of horse and motorbike events for both children and adults, as well as novelty events such as the famous Mulga Mac's bicycle race, a tug of war and sprint races for men, women and children. The day winds up with a live band and licensed bar in the evening. Full catering is provided throughout the day Saturday and breakfast on Sunday.
